During the daytime hours in the heat of the day it can get hot here. I stayed on the top floor, the rooms are huge though. They don’t have ac so yea it’s probably why these are very much affordable accommodations.

TERRIBLE. DON'T STAY AT THE JUAREZ HOTEL. COCKROACHES, PUBIC HAIR, MOLD, DIRTY WALLS, AWFUL BEDS.

PUBIC HAIR, COCKROACHES, MOLD, DIRT, WATER COMES OUT OF THE BATHROOM AND PUDDLES UP TO THE BED, YOU ARE DELIVERED The dirty rooms and when you go to reception to complain are not responsible. We paid for two nights, we didn't even stay for 20 minutes, we asked for the refund and our money was stolen from the two nights. They said the refund would drop to the credit card and it was a lie. The guy who attends the front desk never wanted to communicate with the owner. The way he called the accountant and wouldn't let us talk to him either. The money was never refunded. DON’T STAY THERE, you will find ragged, piggy people who rent rooms in very bad condition and serve you super bad, besides, they will steal your money. The cleaning lady is a swine who won't clean the rooms. It will precede the Profeco and Salubrity. The one at the reception, José Luis, came into the room to see the conditions in which they delivered the room and did not care, he did not want to make the return. We left the hotel to rent somewhere else more hygienic and did not want to return the money.

Good location. Near downtown area, within walking distance of main PLAZA and the Palacio de Cortes. This city is chaos, but the chaos is organized. Traffic moves slow but moves non the less. Area around hotel is trashy but trash stops at the hotel entrance. Cheapest place to stay. Is for hard core travelers. No cocaroaches
