Great hotel in a quaint little town. Only drawback was the Saturday night we stayed there was an extremely loud disco in the large, somewhat open-air building just next door. It began around 9pm and did not stop until 4am. The bass made it impossible to ignore it, and impossible to sleep. I don't know if this happens every Saturday night, or any other nights, and I don't think it's related to the hotel, but beware: you might be kept up by the noise!

Beautiful little town, amazing hotel!
Breakfast and coffee, included for just $5, were delicious. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful and the pool and grounds were so gorgeous. It was a little difficult to find dinner out past 6 pm, but this was a wonderful experience, I highly recommend this hotel!!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were big. We loved sitting by the outdoor pool, listening to the birds and swimming. We felt like we were in an oasis. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is also very close to Chichen Itza. It has secure parking on site.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Chichén Itzá. The property is a beautifully preserved converted hacienda, full of character and charm, which made the whole experience feel really special and unique.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable which was perfect for our group. The bathrooms were a standout too, with full bathtubs which were great after long days exploring.
The restaurant was fantastic, serving mostly traditional Mexican food that was fresh, authentic, and consistently delicious.
What really made this place exceptional, though, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely service-oriented, nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
The pool area was great for both adults and kids, and the grounds themselves are absolutely stunning, immaculately maintained and a joy to walk around.
We stayed as a group of 9, including children, and it suited us perfectly. It’s one of those places that feels relaxing, welcoming, and memorable all at once.
Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chichén Itzá.

Room was clean and tidy but was kind of dark due to black furniture. Staff was good and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and we liked the service. The amount we paid for one night stay is pricey for the quality of hotel in that small town.
