Magical Morocco

Stayed here in March for 10 days ,had a really great time. Yes apartments are basic but spotless, cleaned every day by the lovely Ladies. Pool area,reception and grounds 100%. Beautiful beach 5 minutes walk away. Lovely little shops outside plus small mini mart round the corner.
Had such a great break I'm going back on July 2nd. ( hopefully to same apartment)

Excellent stay!

We just stayed here for a week it was lovely! There are a lot of steps to climb to get to the apartments… Cleaning ladies were amazing couldn’t do enough for you other staff didn’t really interact with you….
Apart from an old lady moaning about the kids making noise in the pool (Mayb she needs adults only next time) we enjoyed ourselves think she was welsh.
I say don’t come here expecting luxury cuz u defo won’t get that if u want that book a 5* simple! See you again soon Igoudar …

I strongly advise against it

Small, very dilapidated hotel, musty smell, bathtub completely dirty, paint peeling, and rust. A good way to catch tetanus. Rudimentary and dirty fridge, just like the apartment. The Wi-Fi doesn't reach the rooms, so it's really horrible.

Magnificent, unforgettable stay

We stayed at the Résidence Igoudar from July 19 to August 7
we had an absolutely unforgettable stay.
Before our arrival, I had asked if it was possible to have a large refrigerator, because we were staying for 19 days. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed by Mr. EL MAHDI BOUCHETTOU at the front desk. He immediately announced to us that the requested refrigerator had been installed in our apartment. This gesture pleased us enormously. In addition, he kindly helped us carry our luggage up to the apartment. Always smiling, welcoming, professional, and available throughout our stay, he deserves all our congratulations.
We also wish to warmly thank Ms. HOURIYA MANSOURI, the housekeeper. She was very kind and always very helpful. She helped us settle in upon our arrival and came almost every day to ask if we needed anything. Her professionalism, availability, and kindness touched us a lot.
We also extend our sincere thanks to the entire management of the Résidence Igoudar for having taken our request regarding the large refrigerator into account. This gesture greatly contributed to making our stay even more pleasant.
A huge thank you to the whole team for your welcome, your kindness, and your professionalism. We will keep an excellent memory of our stay and we will return with great pleasure. We recommend this residence without the slightest hesitation.

Basic hotel but needs to work on hygiene.

This hotel has a good location but unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay. We arrived at night to find all the bedding had hair in them. Many of the lighting did not work. The loo smelt like sewerage.
We upgraded our room to include a kitchen. The utensils and equipment are badly rusted which meant we could not use the kitchen.
Staff are all very helpful and kind but due to the poor hygiene and lack of basic facilities we would not recommend this hotel.
