A haven of peace

A great welcome, a quiet place, charming hosts and little care.The room was spacious and cozy. Special mention to the cooks for this great cooking class with my 8 year old son.

Unforgettable

It has been a super nice stay. The Riad is spectacular in traditional style.The room and bathroom very spacious. Ayoub met us at 2 in the morning at the entrance of the medina and good thing, without him we would not have arrived and more at those hours. He has always been willing to help us at all times. The truth is that it is super nice and Fatima has prepared us some delicious and generous breakfasts. Fully recommended.

Unfortunately Ayoub couldn’t contact me so we got very lost finding the entrance to the riad. Google maps was very unhelpful.
I would suggest a welcome message is sent in advance to guests asking to confirm their contact details for direction advice and arrival time etc as well as notifying guests that they need to give some notice if they want the hotel to arrange guide/transport.
They definitely try hard to get everything right for you which is admirable. I would stay here again as location was perfect.

Wonderful stay

We really loved our stay. This riad really is a hidden gem. The entrance is unassuming, but it is truly remarkable once you step inside. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and Ayoub was very friendly and helpful. We found the rooms quiet, allowing a good night's sleep. It is very difficult to find the location so I would suggest hiring someone to help you find it the first time. Then, it is a good idea to pin the location on whichever map app you use. Note that in Google Maps, there are two Dar 7 Louyat locations, but they did not show up at the same time for us. One is close to correct, and the other is very incorrect. So you may want to pin the exact location at the entrance rather than the Dar 7 Louyat location listed on the map.

Experience the Medina in the beauty and comfort of the Dar 7 Louyat

From the time we arrived outside the Medina, the staff treated us like family. Ayoub took care of every detail and saw to all of our needs. The hotel itself is just lovely, with a beautiful and relaxing rooftop where we had a fabulous daily breakfast prepared by Fatima and Meryem. They also went out of their way to reheat leftovers for us that we had from some delicious lunchtime meals, as well as a specially prepared feast on our last night!
The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious and decorated in beautiful Moroccan fashion. We really enjoyed our time in Fez.
