Nice hotel but...
This is a nice hotel situated about 15 minute walk from the main bazar. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Taxis available outside at any time.
Spacious rooms, clean and cool. Great breakfast.
Check in and check out took forever. Please speed this process up.
One negative thing is that we booked a room for three adults for our kids. The first night we were told that there were not any extra beds. Where is our kid supposed to sleep, out on the street? Finally they provided us with a matress. This is not really something you would expect at a 5 star hotel.

Great stay
This hotel is beautifully located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Marrakech. The nearby restaurants are a bit expensive, but the location is ideal, just 20-25 minutes on foot from the souk. The hotel itself offers all the necessary comfort: a spa, a pool, and a restaurant. The service is generally good, the rooms are beautiful, and the little attentions make all the difference. We encountered a slight problem, but we were able to find an arrangement with the manager who was able to satisfy us. A small downside, but nothing serious: the cleaning of our room was slightly neglected. The floor was never cleaned, we realized this on the last day. On the other hand, the towels were changed every day, the bed was neatly made, and the still water bottles were refilled. Overall, it is a very good hotel, with excellent value for money and an ideal location.

Great location. Family room came with two adjacent rooms. Perfect breakfast (great variety spread) was included. Helpful staff. All was up to satisfaction except weak A/C at the gym room, and no much response to deal with this issue. Still would recommend to others.
