More of a nightmare and less of a stay! Avoid!!
I rarely write negative reviews, but this stay really deserves one.
Our stay here was more of a nightmare than a stay. The moment we entered the property, the entire floor was full of lizards. We clearly told the receptionist that my wife has a serious lizard phobia and requested a different room, but we were still given a room with multiple lizards inside.
After an 11-hour journey, instead of resting, I had to spend time chasing lizards out of the room. We asked for a room change again, but the receptionist refused saying the hotel was full, even though we could clearly see empty rooms and some doors left open, which probably explains why insects and lizards were getting inside.
We somehow managed the first night, but didn’t really sleep. Lizards were constantly moving around and my wife had to sit on the bed the whole time.
The washroom situation was even worse. There was no lock on the washroom door, so it kept opening and the smell would spread into the room. The shower didn’t have proper hot water, water pressure was extremely low, and the entire bathroom was dirty with dust and mud on the fittings.
Within a couple of hours, the water stopped completely. No water in taps, no shower, even the toilet flush stopped working. We had to keep going up and down from the 3rd floor (no lift) to complain. Staff would come, “fix” it temporarily, and within minutes it would go back to the same condition. For almost the entire stay, we either had no water or barely enough to even wash hands.
The washroom was also full of ants, and the room was never cleaned during our stay because of their 3-day cleaning policy.
Every few hours we had to deal with lizards again, sometimes they were getting into our luggage and even on the bed. It was extremely uncomfortable.
The receptionist was rude and completely unhelpful. Every time we asked for help, the answer was simply “not available.” I also saw other guests complaining, including one guest who mentioned a theft issue, and even then there was no proper response from the staff.
One of the walls in the room was extremely thin, almost like glass, which made the room feel very unsafe and poorly built.
The swimming pool was also dirty, so we didn’t even consider using it.
Overall, this was easily the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Definitely not worth the money, and I would strongly suggest avoiding this place unless major improvements are made.

It wasn’t worth what we paid. Instead of getting to rest, we had issues with the air conditioner. The first technician already knew that the control or buttons were broken but didn’t tell us. When the second technician arrived, he just cleaned the filter, but it still didn’t work. They made us wait another 30 minutes even though they already knew the control was faulty. In the end, we were transferred to another room.
The staff at the reception were also quite rude, and even some of the other staff weren’t accommodating. When we asked to borrow a towel, they told us to go back to our room and get it ourselves shouldn’t they have towels available downstairs?
Overall, the room was clean, but the location is a bit far from the beach. The service was disappointing, and it definitely wasn’t worth the price.

awful
absolutely awful we had our door locked yet someone came in our room in the night whilst we were sleeping and left our door wide open. asked the staff about it and they tried to gaslight me telling me i was just seeing things and i was being stupid!? asked them to look at the security footage and let me know any updates but they didn’t. their attitude from the moment we walked through the door was absolutely disgusting.
