I didn't expect that my room was that so big. It can accommodate up to 3 to 4 persons . The room was neat and clean including the rest room and has a pantry. It has an elevator compared to the other pension house that I had book during my last travel. Highly recommended for pwd and senior citizens. The staff also are so accomodating

The room is nice. But it just needs to be cleaned properly. And there are still boogers stuck to the wall! It's disgusting. Especially the bathroom. There are small black worms. So I always have to wash it with water. I asked the front desk if I could move to another room. They said if I move, it might be the same in another room..🙄. And the air conditioner makes a noise like I'm on a boat.🙄.sorry for this but need to be honest.

The place is not clean enough. When I entered the CR I saw a pubic hair on the faucet area. The water in the shower is weak.
Kitchen sink was not cleaned well. There is food waste left in the drain.

My brother stayed here as the location was perfect for what we needed. It’s extremely near SHS-ADC, and in my opinion you get what you pay for.
The room was small but not too small, had a king-sized bed, some furniture, a tv, and a working air conditioner. However, there are no amenities provided in the bathroom and he said the water was barely okay to shower with.
Overall, it’s okay for a night or two if you need its location, but I wouldn’t recommend it if comfort is what you’re looking for.
