Location of property good and is close to the rail station. However, if you like to sleep with the window open this can be noisy. The property is well presented and clean.
Communication not good. Two e-mails were sent to the host regarding the room key (only one issued for two people) and using the left luggage. Neither e-mail was answered.
The cleaner of the bloc was extremely helpful.

Our experience at Villa Bea was unfortunately disappointing.
Our experience at Villa Bea was unfortunately disappointing.
We had booked and fully paid in advance for a Deluxe apartment, based on the photos and description shown on Booking.com. However, when we arrived we were placed in a completely different apartment. After contacting the host, they confirmed that the Deluxe apartment we booked was unavailable due to maintenance and that they had moved us to another unit.
While they described it as an “upgrade” because the apartment was larger, it did not correspond to the Deluxe category we had reserved. The layout, design and overall condition were quite different from what was advertised. After a long discussion, the host eventually acknowledged that the Deluxe room could not be provided and offered a discount instead.
Unfortunately, the issues were not limited to the room type. The apartment was not very clean, there was a noticeable unpleasant smell, especially in the bathroom, and several basic amenities were missing. The lighting in the apartment was poor and the overall layout was not very practical for a comfortable stay. Although the space was large, for two people it did not feel well designed or convenient.
The only positive aspect was the size of the apartment, but that alone does not compensate for the mismatch with the original booking and the overall condition of the room.
We appreciate that the host responded to messages, but the situation could have been avoided if the room that was booked had been honored or clearly communicated in advance.

Comfy room
Owners left clear instructions for entry which was very simple to negotiate.
Once in, the apartment was small but extremely stylish.
A short walk from the main railway station, and a 25 mins walk to the old town.
All amenities were very good and the room was extremely comfortable.
For price paid, highly recommend

A calm Oasis
Communication with the team was excellent, and the access instructions were simple and clear. The card-based entry system made everything hassle-free.

The room and amenities were great. Perfectly placed for the train and bus terminal. Also only a 15 minute walk to the Old Town.
Unfortunately just a bit too close to the train line. It never bothered us 1st time we stayed, but the early morning cargo trains disturbed our sleep this visit. However ear plugs are provided should you wish to use them.
