You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that reception is open from 09:00 to 23:00. Credit card data will be requested at check-in as a guarantee for possible damage or material loss. Failure to comply with the hotel rules will result in the charging of the corresponding amount. In compliance with Law 42/2010 and for the conservation of the facilities, the hotel is a smoke-free space, and consequently, smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is prohibited in the common areas and rooms. If smoking has been detected in the room, an additional charge of 100 euros will be made to cover cleaning and deodorization work.
