BSH no fault, maybe

I have just spent two nights here and have already renewed my stay for another week, and I can honestly say that it is one of the best hostels I have been traveling in! The staff are absolutely fantastic: super friendly, helpful and really make you feel at home.
The atmosphere is very good: if you like to socialize, they organize many activities to make friends and tour the city, but also everyone is very respectful of the noise and you can really sleep well at night. My bed was comfortable, clean and in a fantastic and safe room.
Everything is spotless, security is excellent and located right in the heart of Granada. Whether you come alone or in a group, you MUST stay here!

A very nice hostel in the heart of Granada ...

I only slept one night at this hostel but I really enjoyed my time there !
Efficient and friendly staff and at the reception desk 24h on 24h.
I also enjoyed a free meal of pasta and cheese in the evening.
The dorm was clean and each bed has its own light and curtain.
Very good place to stay for sure in the heart of Granada !

Collection of a five-day reservation with cancellation request

I was not in that hotel but the truth that I must share around here is that I was booking for five days that hostel and clearly saw in booking when I should cancel in your case and so happened I had to cancel the reservation because of changes of plans, I did it in advance of the arrival date and the hotel charged me the entire reservation for 5 days as if I had been there, a total theft and a lack of sensitivity and little desire to serve a future client , it is unacceptable that not a message to clarify that situation

Perfect hostel with amazing staff!

The hostel is located very well, a short walk from restaurants, bars, sights and monuments.
I got the express coach from the airport and back again, at a cost of 3.10 euros each way, quick and easy.
The staff are super friendly, helpful and I was able to store my bags as I was earlier than I expected for check-in. The room was nice with a curtain on each bed that helps with privacy. Comfy bed and I slept well. Bathrooms on each floor, the ground floor ones are bigger and better :-)
The hostel is clean and has a kitchen for use for everyone, with free tea and coffee etc. The hostel also does free dinner each evening around 8.30pm, which is a social thing for guests and it was tasty both nights I was there.
Thank you again, would definitely recommend you guys and stay again :-)

Highly recommend!

It was a great choice staying at Black Swan hostel, the staff were really helpful and made the complete difference on my stay there, I've had such a great time, a special thank you for Lucas and his tips! About the location, easy access and good tapas bar around.
