Denzel is a god

The value for money is by far the best
At night we had an uncomfortable situation with a couple arguing in the adjacent room with small children involved.
We notified the National Police who arrived immediately.
Thanks to the concierge (Denzel Pachinton) who, with his effective intervention with his cordless drill, intervened before the Police arrived.
Denzel is the best!!!
He wasn't there first thing today; I think he went to Toledo to hunt the lion.
Good luck Denzel, you are our idol.

wouldn’t recommend

There were mold in the room. Fridge didn’t work at first. One of us got sick because of the mold. The room was dirty and there were hairs in the cutlery. No noise cancellation. Room keys didn’t work. Huge cockroach on the floor. Cleaner came to our room without an announcement when we were changing our clothes. Then someone opened our room door and left, didn’t say anything. A lot of used cigarettes on the terrace. No pans or kettles, only two plates and two spoons, forks and knives (no glasses at all). Why would there be a stove if you cannot make anything without bringing your own pans?

As we walked into our room and went to use the toilet there was a cockroach and it escaped in a crack in a corner of the bathroom. The kitchen had no pots or pans as indicated only cutlery, plates, glasses and mugs. Also had no complementary dishwashing liquid. We reached late as we drove from Barcelona and checked out at 7:30 to head to the airport so I didn’t make a thing out of it but if I was staying longer I definitely would have. Other than that the place was okay for the price and it’s a 5 minute drive to a huge mall

At check-in they don't explain anything, pool hours, parking, they don't say that if you want a drying rack you have to ask for it... in the apartment there are no pots or anything to cook with, maybe they are also requested but since they don't explain it... the cutlery is just enough for three, the same as 3 plates and 3 glasses and not even a little bit of soap or something to wash dishes, like the typical packet that is usually left. There are no brooms or anything to clean with, which is strange for an apartment.

Stayed at this hotel as attending a concert. Location good for concert. Rooms are a little dated however clean. Check in was so busy and with only 2 serving it took a long time
We didn't have breakfast therefore can't comment on same
